“Ordered a set of navy Firetrap Delta boots online which arrived instore 5 days later. Product had 2 puncture holes from what looked like finger nails in the side all the way to the inside. So I returned them to store and ordered another set only to be told later by email they had sold out.”

“The service was terrible. I paid for next day delivery and it came 2 days late even tho it was needed for next day as a birthday present. Once it arrived it turned out it had a dirty mark on the front of a white hat. Not what I wanted really and I emailed you with an attached picture the day it got delivered which was last Wednesday! Still no reply. Shocking service!”

“Order my item over 10 days ago and still have not received I contacted customer services on Friday who said they would return my call to find out where my item was and they never bothered to call back I contacted the courier company who have said that they had not received Bad service and worse customer services”

“Every year, for birthday and Christmas I buy my grandson several Lacoste polo shirts and t-shirts. I always buy online at USC because I know the quality is good and the price is alwats very competitive. I can buy more because I save on every item. The delivery time is very good too. Both I and my grandson, now 27, have always been very satisfied with USC products and service.”

“Choose drop off shop when ordered from the list provided by you. After week waiting got email that my parcel has been delivered, unfortunately when ask about parcel in shop, lady behind counter informed me that they never got it and they don’t do Hermes only DPD. Spoke to Hermes, they asked me to go back to seller, after informing you about situation, got email back that can take couple days to come back to me. Paid for goods that hasn’t been delivered, got email they has, been to another shop near that patently do Hermes, spent time to resolve situations and still don’t even know where is my parcel Waisting of time and money”

“I am quite often shop online ( not only USC ) and can quite fair compare competitive market. I have to say that it’s absolutely terrible service that I have to pay from my own pocket for returns . Did you think that ordered item can be wrong size , damaged or even not as advertised? You already charging client for delivery and after that aspecting me to send back and pay for it . I won’t be coming back . There is much better service in other websites! You used to be great but since Michael bought you over your customer service went right down the hill .”

“Hugo boss looked at sizes before I bought it stated xxxl 52/54 items arrived fit 44/46 cost me £11 pound to send back disappointed nice items but not as advertised fit wise”

“I love the styles. Clothing can be expensive however this is to be expected with brand names. I tend to shop more in the sale and have had some really good bargains. Delivery is quite expensive compared to other sites, who usually charge around 3-3.99 and offer free delivery over a certain spend value.”

“I would never order from here again after the total mess about I had. After ordering and paying for next day delivery only 1 of my items turn up and was told they both got sent out, which they never when i rang them I was told they would look into my order with the warehouse and get back to me and never did so when I emailed it took ages to get back to me. The item was for me going on holiday and since i left it a week since I was away i was told I should of let them know I was going on holiday when I replied to them.”
