“My item arrived damaged the manager in store only offered a credit note and was no help what soever told me to phone CS and they were as bad. Send pictures! We cant order another over the phone etc.premuum rate no and kept me hilding for 10 mins I paid £4.99 for this service and in future will look elsewhere for what i want.. You are very outdated for online ordering and i will only use you if i cant find my items and as a very last resort. Diabolical”

“Well for a start the item sent to me had pen parks on it so I returned it stating that reason expecting to send me another one but you decide off your own back to give me a refund when all I wanted was to send me a replacement. Thanks Michael.”

“However i am returning the item, NB trainers. I ordered grey/white. The box states grey/white but the trainers appear to be green/white. Nothing against green/white, I just wanted grey ones!!! Very disappointed.”

“Not happy! Joggers delivered were ripped apart, whoever's picked them at warehouse needs to do a proper job and look at general quality of what is in their hands!! How joggers got sent out like this is beyond me. USC may just of lost my custom.”

“Last few orders, had the same problem. Items were cancelled and I was informed few days before arrival. Basically you sent me unconfirmed order. That is the only and most disrespectful issue. Otherwise i like the store”

“Ordered boots in a size 4 for a night out on Saturday. Collected them yesterday and tried on to notice they were far too big. Checked size and boots are a size 5 in a size 4 box. I always see people checking sizes at checkouts in stores. It’s not difficult to do this part of the job properly therefore I don’t know how I was sent the wrong size! I now cannot get the correct size for the day I need them without being out of pocket waiting for a refund.”
