“Totally pathetic service. They take your order process the payment, ask where you want it delivered and give you the option of a drop of point. Then give the order to Hermes to deliver who do not use that drop off point so then cannot leave the parcel. There is no phone number for contacting USC (owned by Sports Direct I am told) so you waste lots of your life trying to contact and they cant even get a live chat option. Suggest buying from a shop.”

“After first attempting to but product in USC meadowhall store, It was out if stock. I asked the assistant to check Doncaster and Parkgate stores for stock availability, I was told they could not check? I prefer to shop instore rather than online. The online service was prompt and also found the best price with USC. Which was really good. As I ordered from USC why could I not collect from a USC store rather than Soorts Direct? Thank you.”

“I had to order these shoes online due to the fact the store in Northumberland Square in Newcastle said they would keep a pair of size 5 Skechers D'Lites for me. However, the next day when I went back they said they had been recalled. I did mention the fact that I asked them to retain a pair for myself & that they even took all my details down etc. But there was no response from the shop manager about this - not even an apology.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or service but would not order from USC unless for an item that I could not find elsewhere. They charge approx. £5 for delivery and you have to pay for the return; it has cost me just under £10 for the delivery and return of a jacket that cost over £80. Most online businesses these days absorb the cost of delivery/return which means consumers are more likely to return / try more items.”

“after ordering and paying on the 8th September my order did not arrive. I called into store where it was ordered to be delivered to and staff were very unhelpful. Even went as far as saying there was nothing they could do to help. (this was on 17th September). 9 days later! At the moment no one is willing to locate my parcel with goods to the value of £55.00! Dreadful customer service!!!!!”

“I was very impressed with website, easy to use and so much to choose from. And my item ( trainers) arrived very quickly. However, the sizing of the trainer is 41 and I ordered 40, the box said 40 but the item inside was 41. Now the smaller size is out of stock and they are a little big so I could walk out of them when they wear in, so unfortunately no choice but to return.”

“Good clothes at a reasonable price but I would shop at USC more often if it was free delivery and free returns. My recent order for one pair of trousers was delivered at a cost of £5 and returned at an additional £5. For this reason I will shop elsewhere.”
