Ordered one size - had a different size delivered. Now have to pay to return it (as well as paying to have it delivered in the first place).

I paid for next day delivery it didn't come. Then after I complained the order didn't I was told it was lost I replied saying resent the order that hasn't even been acknowledged. I think it is not very good service.

Original order processed quickly and delivered no problem. Size came up very narrow so returned with written request for alternative product - which was ignored. Refund processed but yet to clear my account. Unlikely to use again

Had an issue with the delivery, none of the food arrived. Had to reorder but when I did, only the coat was available, somehow the 2 pairs of trousers I bought were not longer online so I’ve had to order them elsewhere. The 2 jumpers are still outstanding as nobody knows where they are so I am yet to receive a refund. I have been told the coat and trousers will be refunded, but no money has hit my account yet even though I’ve had to pay for the coat again so am out of pocket as the moment. The one plus is the coat is of good quality now it’s finally arrived after ordering it for a second time.

Paid for next day delivery and my parcel didn’t arrive until a week later. I also emailed and still have not received a reply regarding my order.

I had barely any communication, and the delivery was poor! I had times for delivery and was delivered at completely different times on three different occasions.

Been nearly a week waiting for my order. I selected a local collection point from the USC delivery list. Got an email and text stating that my parcel was ready for collection only to find out that it hadn’t turned up. When I spoke to USC they said they don’t deliver to that collection point. I told them it was on their website and they didn’t seem to care. I doubled checked on their website and the same local collection point is still on their website even thou they don’t deliver to it. I’m still waiting for my parcel.

Wrong item received. Sent incorrect item. Customer Service is appalling as no telephone to call have to email which takes days to sort. Not a great service when item ordered is needed for a holiday.

Items I ordered were good, the courier was absolute rubbish They delivered to a different address to the one they were supposed to but said they delivered to the correct one, I was very lucky to receive my order, I will not buy again because of the delivery issues

Cost of delivery is unacceptable especially when had to pay to return as wrong item was sent again having to pay to return and was not given this back absolutely disgraceful. The only good thing was the return was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Just picked up my package, opened it up only to discover that you’ve sent me different size shoes! This is the second time this has happened, my last order you sent 2 different types of shoe, one suede and one canvas. Which I didn’t notice until I’d worn them to work... so couldn’t return. Waiting for this issue to be sorted currently

I had to order these shoes online due to the fact the store in Northumberland Square in Newcastle said they would keep a pair of size 5 Skechers D'Lites for me. However, the next day when I went back they said they had been recalled. I did mention the fact that I asked them to retain a pair for myself & that they even took all my details down etc. But there was no response from the shop manager about this - not even an apology.
