“Speedy delivery however after opening up my £50+ parcel I find it still with a security tag attached. Luckily I live close to a usc shop where they eventually removed it from me! Wont be shopping again”

“Paid for next day delivery but it came the day after. I have contacted customer services over this but not had a reply. I had to return the item just due to being too small, but am still waiting for any response or contact.”

“Still haven't received my order even though it was dispatched 6 days ago and due to arrive 2 days ago. Tried phoning customer services at 10.15 on a Saturday only to get an answer machine saying they were open between 9am and 5pm, then hung up on me. Not impressed!!”

“It has been 1 week, and I still have no email to confirm my collection. I went into store to check, in case there had been an issue and one parcel was there but no other so I cannot collect. I am very confused and likely will not order again. A waste of my time, taking too long and frankly ridiculous service considering I paid £5 delivery for it to go into store anyway. Disappointing.”

“All went very well until I received my T-shirt with a security device still attached to it. I then tried to contact customer service but no option allowed me to explain the issue. I also went through the options to return the item, but, once again I had no option available to explain WHY I wanted to return the item. I would advise USC to allow their customers to contact them without predetermined options only, It would be really helpful.”
