“2 nd ordered trainers came right size on box but inside was wrong. Size and still not resolve from urself with emails on if I order for the 3 rd time will I get the right size”

“Not happy at all with the level of service received ordered 2 pairs of trainers as an eid gift for son on 02.06.19 paid extra for next day delivery to guarantee that he would have something new to wear on the day. The parcel arrived the next day 1 pair converse was ok however the second pair of polo shoes were an odd pair. I’m not sure how these have been sent to a customer without anyone actually checking what contents are in the box. I am highly dissatisfied as I had to pay a return postal fee to get this order exchanged for the right products. My son did not have the shoes in time for his special day and had to wear something old with his outfit. I will not be ordering again as so am horrified at the level of service provided.”

“The ordering process was straight forward enough. I received the Lacoste slim too for my son however the colour was nothing like what it was advertised as. It was more like a navy colour as opposed to a bright blue. My son didn’t like it so I returned it. I had to pay the return postage which I found a bit unfair as the product was not what it was advertised as. Has put me off shopping with USC online.”

“No problem with the item or the price but think charging £4.99 to collect in store is a bit of a cheek. Most retailers do store collection free.”
