“Awful service. Paid for next day delivery for a birthday present it did not turn up, messaged company and they refunded £2!! Not good enough and then the item arrived 3 days later, when it arrived the box was battered and looked second hand so was unable to give as gift. Messaged company and didn’t get another reply. Will not be using again and would avoid if you want reliability.”

“I ordered from the USC website and had no issues. The best thing about when ordering from USC is the option to have items delivered to a Sports Direct store. This makes collection a little easier. The store staff was quick and helpful. Thank you for an easy shopping experience. *An idea might be to consider free Click & Collect sometimes as having to pay £5 for delivery can be a little off putting.”

“Bought two pairs of hugo boss trainers, right foot on one pair was tight so took back to store n tried another pair and exact same, wanted a refund not a credit note as it was a manufacturing fault for both pairs to be tight on right shoe yet fine on the other coloured pair i bought. Will consider this when i buy again.”

“Unfortunately, my order was mixed up. I requested a refund and only an exchange was given. I was especially disappointed a I paid for next day delivery and the order didn't come in time for the occasion i needed it for. Also, in store had a mix up with my order THREE times! It also advertised student discount and staff denied any discount.”

“Would not order from here ever again ordered next day delivery didn’t receive it for a week then part order which I asked to cancel Rest as I was going on holiday and no longer need the clothes as bought others that was fine return cash then 5 days later rest of order came so didn’t cancel order never order from usc again”

“The delivery was pretty quick and easy. Although the product i received was faulty, i believe i did receive good service. Once i realised the fault, i looked up reviews and had doubt in the customer service however i sent an email with the pictures of the fault and received a quick response and a refund within a week. Thank you, USC and Vanessa from the customer services team.”
