“Terrible delievery pay for next day and it comes a week later, wasted 2 days off work waiting on delivery’s and still haven’t gotten a compete order try to contact you guys and I get one email a day back, slow replies to sort the issue won’t be using again🖕🏾”

“Brought some converse. They arrived in store on the 9th of June. On Tuesday I slipped and injured my foot. I went out today and yet again slipped and injured my knee causing bleeding and I've pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder due to the converse shoes not having grip and sliding every where every time I wear them. It is disgusting.”

“The product takes too long to arrive, 5 days is way too long in comparison to other shopping sites which are next day or the day after. The delivery amount is also too high. The selection of items on the site is good, but reluctant to order again because of the above reasons.”

“I ordered a T-shirt and trainers for my son, paid £6.99 for next day delivery and they eventually arrived 1 week later. I’ve ordered from this site so many times and this has never happened before. Will be definitely thinking twice before ordering from here again”

“Can’t return items that are fairly by post I’m expected to travel 100miles for something I bought in Cardiff when I live in Swansea and branch is closed it would cost me more money in fuel than the item itself to return it. Absolutely Ridiculous”
