“The item I received was entirely different to what I ordered. After posting the product back three weeks ago (confirmed delivery by the Royal Mail) I have yet to any communication regarding a refund or exchange for the correct item. As such I am currently going through PayPal to get my money back. The delivery costs were also extortionate, the box it arrived in looked like it just just arrived from the frontline of the Battle of the Somme, and communications are nonexistent. Avoid USC at all costs and all other Mike Ashley ventures.”

“I shopped on this occasion due to the extraordinary price drop in some Diesel denims. Normally prefer Asos as I pay for next day delivery and the returns are much easier. USC has some real bargains though.”

“I've ordered 2 products with next day delivery. Not only one of them arrived 2 days later, but the order confirmation email were extremely vague about this being sent in 2 different orders that I thought the delovery guy didn't give me both packages. I think you should really improve the emails.”

“USC is great I love all your clothings & they have reasonable prices especially when they are on sale. What I don’t like is you still charge for collection in store. Yeah you give £5 voucher but what if I don’t like the voucher. That £5 can be spent on parking ticket. I hope you can look into this. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who think about this. Thank you.”

“The picture of the item was wrong on the website. Completely different style jacket arrived. When I looked at the item it was covered in dirt. Very disappointed!! Refunded no problem.”

“Can't fault USC/Sports Direct, I ordered a pair of trainers online that they didn't have in my size in store, sadly the trainers didn't fit, but took them back into store and got a credit note with no issue, which I put towards some different trainers!”
