“I returned the jeans because the material was much thinner than I wanted. I was not happy when I realised I had to pay the postage to return them which cost £4. In total it cost me £9 for postage. You should have supply pre paid return. Like most online shops do. Because of this I will not be buying online from you again”

“After ordering clothes on the 1st of June for going on holiday on the 9th I became concerned that my order wouldn’t be with me in time for going so I attempted to get in touch to see if I could upgrade my delivery option to ensure I got my clothes in time. I was unable to contact anyone in person and had to email an enquiry, which was replied to two days later and never gave me any other option. An apology and an assurance that my order would be dispatched within two working days, it’s now the 8th of June, I leave for my holiday in the early hours of the 9th and my order is nowhere to be seen. I now have to go out shopping for more clothes for my holiday, I certainly will not be going to USC.”

“I ordered my a hoodie and shoes for next day delivery on Saturday because I needed it for a special occasion on Wednesday and they sent the hoodie the next day but I received the shoes on Thursday after the special occasion.”

“Arrived on time and fit great. My husband also would of liked them in khaki but I couldn’t find any other colours on your site. He will shop on USC again if he does see an item he likes in the future.”
