“very very poor service purchased this watch for a gift on 28/05 the person was leaving the country on the friday paid extra for premium 1 day service i did not receive the watch until 6 days after the order no update info given at all to keep me informed the watch arrived with damaged box open at both ends manual bent with other forms .This watch will be returned waste of time and money poor service from customer service they could only tell me this parcel was delayed no time frame.”

“Really back service paid next day delivery items didn’t arrive till the following day. Ordered 3 tops but only one arrived The other 2 didn’t arrive till the following week Phoned customer service but refused to refund the items Won’t be ordering from usc again”

“The items I ordered can with magnetised security tags on. I was unable to contact Usc regarding this. Doesn’t look good if you ask me, why a warehouse has got items with security tags on I will never know”

“An absolute shocker. Ordered next day delivery. Was sent out in 2 different packages over a week apart. First package came after 4 days. 2 items were not sent as they were out of stock. The shoes i ordered did not have a lid on the box. I had to call twice to get a refund on the next day delivery. I have not had a refund for the items that were out of stock. The email receipts are misleading as they show that all the items were sent. USC ruined Eid which is our christmas. I will refrain from using USC delivery service or USC altogether. The call centre workers do nothing to help or compensate for the inconvenience. All in all a shockingly bad experience.”
