“Don’t deserve tha bad reviews seen on web I ordered converse online,were too big shop in Brae hard changed them without fuss and my hubby bought some boots in shop even though he wasn’t looking,nice pair of firetrap boots service was fine in shop.”

“Never received my order and because I was on holiday and could not complete the non receival form in 7 day’s as I was not in the country I will not be receiving a refund. I spent £45 and got nothing.”

“Fantastic good value trainers ordered on the Saturday night around 11pm delivered money by 13.00pm Postage was £4.99 but the price of trainers were less than anywhere else making with postage still cheaper”

“ORDER NOT RECEIVED...I received an email saying my order was out for delivery and then another saying it had been delivered and signed for at my household. The order was not delivered or signed for by anyone at my household as no one was in. I still haven’t received my order and am waiting for USC to look into this. I will not be ordering again unless USC change the courier service they use. The service the current courier (Hermes) provide is just not good enough.”
