“I bought 2 pairs of the same shoe and both came with scuffs and scratches on. They had clearly been worn. I have tried to get a refund on something else with usc and they were hard work so 2 poor experiences and i won't be back for a third.”

“Alough very happy with most of the items received, one item had no logo as advertised, the customer support has been terrible! It took days for a reply, then I was asked for photos which I duly supplied. They then asked for the original product code which I pointed out would be on the order number I supplied, however I found it and sent on Tuesday, I haven't heard a thing since, it's now Thursday evening!”

“I placed my order on March 30th it is now April 11th. It was supposed to be delivered 5th to 7th April and I’ve heard nothing since April 2nd.”

“Returned item and specifically asked for an exchange for another size. However the order was cancelled and refunded (USC documented change of mind which is incorrect) even though there was stock of the size required. So to order again I’d have to pay postage yet again. Terrible”

“Extremely bad service, not only have I not received my items I have paid for over a week ago, I was never contacted to say my order has been unable to be delivered and not informed where my parcel is now, after speaking with customer lee services several I am still left with payment taken an no items.”

“My order I dont know what happened but you refund me because you said that the courier services weren't able to deliver my order. However I typed the tracking number you gave me and I can't get any info about the delivery on wndirect... Still trying to figure out what happened.....”

“Took ages for delivery and when arrived one pair damaged. Incredible/illegal? Return policy where buyer bears return postage costs even if item is damaged/defective. Don’t recommend!”

“If I could leave no stars I would! Beautiful collection of clothes but my order was left at the wrong address not even on the same street. It was found by a step of a house by a busy road and all I got is the packing that had my correct address printed on it as someone walking along had helped themselves to the contents I had paid for.”
