“I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 6. One show was bigger than the other despite being labelled the same size. I did not think it was fair that I had to pay for the postage to get a like for like exchange. Having said this, I have requested to be reimbursed and am waiting for a response.”

“God product range and good quality as well. Only thing that drops the rating for me is delivery. By far one of the slowest to arrive from point of purchase to hitting my door, took days to even dispatch, then you find it’s Hermes delivery, one of the cheapest providers and I’ve just paid top whack for delivery. Other than this. All good”

“Bought a pair of converse shoes. Was sent someone elses order by mistake, called to ask for a label to send it back, after a phone call and several emails finally managed to get the label. Sent the item back. haven't been contacted about a refund or exchange, though the money's left my account. Bought the same shoes on ASOS for cheaper with next day delivery, got them the next day. In conclusion, shop at ASOS.”
