“I don't feel its fair to charge the same for click and collect as delivery. The shop I collected from was organised very poorly with no staff at collection point. Won't be shopping there again.”

“If I could leave no stars I would! Beautiful collection of clothes but my order was left at the wrong address not even on the same street. It was found by a step of a house by a busy road and all I got is the packing that had my correct address printed on it as someone walking along had helped themselves to the contents I had paid for.”

“Rubbish I've waited for over a week for an order I paid next day delivery on also the delivery services you use ie hermes are rubbish the never once tried to make delivery even tho they said they came once and no one was in was a big lie the lack of response via usc and hermes is really rubbish”

“The products I received still had security tags attached and in torn packaging. One product showed signs of tear already. Won't be using them again, regardless of the savings offered.”

“The shoes are big made. I ordered size 1 for my son, he’s normally a 1 in any other brand. These were a bit big - still recommend as he can grow into them 😊”

“Not happy with thw delivery options. I have a USC shop in my city and i couldnt choose the option to pick the items ip from the shop without additional costs. Excepting this, it was a good experience”
