“ORDER NOT RECEIVED...I received an email saying my order was out for delivery and then another saying it had been delivered and signed for at my household. The order was not delivered or signed for by anyone at my household as no one was in. I still haven’t received my order and am waiting for USC to look into this. I will not be ordering again unless USC change the courier service they use. The service the current courier (Hermes) provide is just not good enough.”

“Didn't realise you only get credit back when you return items. Wasn't made Clear when I made the purchases. Then had a credit note, placed in order online, paid £4.99 postage. Was told later the £49 hoodie was Not in stock so had another refund and with Postage paid £15 for A pair of boxers, when really Just wanted the hoodie”

“Whilst I am impressed with the quality and price of the products I purchased, one of the items I ordered was not the correct size I ordered. I ordered an XL Twinnz hoodie which came in a XL package with a XL tag but the sizing actually on the hoodie itself was L.”
