“order want through wrong size came sent back to change size then got told my size never available then email to say there on their way but customer services sorted it all out ending in a refund for order and also my return postage fee so nice to see it resolve :)”

“I noticed when I was ordering the jacket that the sizes are wrong. I'm normally a size 8 and that's always a small. But on the website it says that size 10 is a small.. So I ordered size 10 and the arms are way to big for a small. Ordering a size XS would probley not make the arms on the jacket much smaller. Disappointed.. The rest of the jacket fit better on my body Overall it's a nice jacket”
