“If I could give a no star review I would. Appalling customer services and a completely unsatisfying shopping experience. I ordered shoes based on my uk shoe size only to find the shoes delivered had a European shoe size that did not match the uk shoe size I ordered. I am a uk size 4. I ordered what stated on the usc website a size 4 only to find the shoes that arrived were a size 3.5 so of course they did not fit. Had this been clearly stated on the website I would not have bought the shoes. I feel I have been completely mislead. I returned the shoes which I had to pay postage for myself as I could not return them to my local usc store. Why, god only knows? I have spoken to customer services who basically stated ‘the continental sizes can vary between suppliers’ If this is the case then why was this not stated clearly on the website when I purchased the shoes? Greater transparency is needed on the website as In my case I was sold shoes that were not as described on the website. I will not buy from USC again as I am certain this verges on breaking trading standard laws.”
