“Sent different shirt ...not the one listing photo...had to send it back...out of pocket now...but dont think its a warehouse fault think listing was wrong....none the less still out of pocket”

“First of all the delivery policy is rubbish. I have to pay £5 to order into store, what's that all about?! Secondly in my case where the ordered clothing did not fit, I'm told at the counter I'm not able to get my money back. I'd have to post the items back at my own cost otherwise I can only recieve voucher credit. Ridiculous!”

“Very hard to be in touch with the customer service! They don't have direct local phone number! Their customer service so unhelpful and rude! The return item is difficult to return! I will never buy any in the future! My advice stay away and don't buy. The whole experience is horrendous.”

“Very happy whit my purchase! All the items are authentic whit great quality!!! The only thing am not happy whit is that, the delivery provider for Bulgaria is Econt Express slow delivery and more expensive even from DHL!!!”

“In todays world usc gives very poor senvice. If they dont have the desired size in shop, they do not order it in for you, you have to order it. The order is not free, and if they dont fit, you can not return it for free. Nobody does it in such a bad way anymore. Even cheap shops like decathlon has very very good service.”

“I will actually give zero star because the item I bought in sending them back, they’re no near what they look on your website. Now I have to take off work then spend money to post the two Gstar Jeans back to you. Really sad about it.”

“Clothe and easy of shopping is good. Problem for me have always been delivery of it. For this purchase I paid for next day delivery but I’m yet to receive it. Hermes apparently delivered it “20 meters from my addresss they say. I have asked neighbours. No one knows. I have raised it with Hermes and USC. Heard nothing from either of them yet. Main reason for me buying a lot less from USC online.”

“Ordered a pair of jeans on sale. Thought i would add a shirt as there was a delivery fee. The jeans order was cancelled and the shirt was only provessed. Ended up paying £18 for a £13 shirt. Which was slim fit which im sure wasn't mentioned in ad. Not pleased.”
