“Service is quick, products are good but USC seriously needs to improve their postage and refund procedures. They need to compete in the market and everyone else is offering free delivery and free returns over certain amount of shopping. I’ve done shopping of about £400 and I had to pay £5 for delivery. That £5 hurts more than £400 lol. Then I had to refund about £100 worth products and had to pay £13 for refund postage. Not very happy.”

“I didn’t receive the size 4 converse pumps I bought...I received men’s white Nike trainers one of which was completely shop soiled. After emailing customer services they asked for photos of the trainers I received. I replied straight away with pictures and almost 3 days later I’ve heard nothing back despite emailing them again. Hopefully the problem will be sorted but it’s not been a nice experience in the meantime.”

“The product was sent with a sticker showing the product was on sale in the shop for £62 and l paid £85. Not very nice. I would have prefer to have been charged the sale price.”

“Fast delivery, ordered Friday morning and arrived Monday morning (estimated day of delivery was Thursday so arrived 3 days early!!) Packaged well. Great service as I got text updates of my order status and a 4hr delivery time window on the day. Overall gold star service”

“I was not happy at all, I bought some boxers online as they were a gift but when they arrived not only were they wrong size, they still had the security tag attached. Which I then had to go to a USC store to get removed but they couldn’t do it there. So they offered me an exchange but they didn’t have the colours in I wanted. I got store credit but only for the boxers and not for my postage and packaging. Not happy. Walked away with no gift and £5 lighter after travelling all the way down there, which isn’t easy for me which is why I used online service !!!”

“Disappointed. I bought a pair of Firetrap Wesley boots. I bought them as I already had a pair that I loved. The boots eventually arrived at the delivery shop (Sports Direct) and unfortunately they were not the same boots. I had to email to USC to find out the lead-time of delivery to the collection point as this is not clear on the order information, but they were on display in the shop in Crewe when I collected, so did not need to pay £4.95 delivery. I collected my boots hoping they were the same as the ones I owned and saw on online - Same price, same description, same product code, but not the glossy patent boots as shown on the website. However, they are still a good pair of boots, despite their lack of shine that they should have. USC need to check their website photos and descriptions match the supplier's product. Won't trust the website, as the guy in Sports Direct says they might be enhanced images..... Long live the high-street shop.”
