“First class service from ordering to delivery. Sales advisor Frances was excellent with good knowledge and efficient. Delivery right on time and delivery drivers Jim and Scott L were superb. They ensured sofa and chair brought into house carefully and making no damage to either sofa nor home. Took away all the protective covering. Overall a delight doing business with ScS from start to finish. Would highly recommend”

“Only got part of my order.Was not happy to pay for and expect a product that was said in stock. To then after a couple of days later get an email saying product temporary out if stock and invoice amended. Spent ages planing on the website what I was going to buy and amount I was spending and going through Quidco too which was part of reason I spent so much . To now lose my Quidco too. If product out of stock then it should be updated before being able to purchase.”

“I ordered 3 tops...they came and only two tops were packaged neatly, and the third one looked so disgruntled and screwed up, it was as if the bag was opened. They were Christmas presents, and I had to take the one out of the ripped up bag and wrap it! I can’t give a Christmas present to anyone when they look so untidy!”

“I like usc the website is great and easy to use but unfortunately I will not be ordering online anymore it cost too much for delivery and returns it’s a bad system that you can not take it back to the shop.”
