“Security tag was left on item. Had to take it to a random shop for removal rather than waste time and money sending it back for removal.”

“Both shirt and t-shirt arrived with the outside package smooth and intact but on opening, the clothing and the clear bags each item came in, were horribly crushed and creased which was very disappointing. Both items were gifts which is embarrassing to have to give in that condition. I don't believe this was Hermes at Fault as the outside packaging was spotless and smooth.”

“Pleased with the service and speed of delivery. Pleased with the top. Although I ordered a baseball cap that appeared to match the top online. When it came the hat is trimmed in pink not orange to match the top I ordered. It does appear it’s orange on the screeen.”

“Items arrived on time and quality as expected however packaging was very poor. T-shirts in bags the size of bin bags both of which were ripped and an expensive hoodie also in a ripped bag.”
