“Delay in delivery due to pre sake items being on the same order... tell customers that at time of ordering in large print. Slow response from customer service, nearly a week to sort out my items. Ended with me cancelling half my order as they wouldn't send it out in 2 parcels without charging me 2 delivery fees. Ignored my questions in their responses. Avoid this online carry on. Some decent training needed.”

“Disappointed ordered 3 tops and 2 pairs of jeans only to get an email the following 2 days that USC were processing a cancellation request as they had no stock of 1 of the pair of jeans. Then the next day same again the other pair are out of stock so then rather than ask me if I would like to chose alternatives the order is just processed and dispatched. Now I if I choose alternatives it will cost me the delivery charge again and no guarantees if these items will be in stock I could end up with 1 out of 2 items this time. However I will say that the tops I got I am very pleased with.”

“Recived wrong and incomplete and damaged items. After returning of the items l recived refund but lose the value of money. Also didn't recived confirmation mail about refunding and postage cost.”

“Bought 3 pack designer underwear. Cons - Package had been tampered with, only two had label of authenticity attached, only two were the size I ordered, one was two sizes bigger! Returns process involves customer paying postage. Pro - Customer service did refund 1/3rd of my payment with no fuss given that 1/3rd was incorrect. I wouldn't trust this company for branded goods however (based on my single experience of using them).”

“i ordered 2 pairs of calvin klein boxer shorts for my sons for christmas,i choses different colours so i could tell whos was whos but i received exactly the same colours so now ive had to buy more so each son has differentpairs of boxers shorts, as you have to pay to return orders is why i never sent them back”

“Postage service was outrageous! Arrived in an oversized bag, the shoe box was ruined and sides were all ripped the actual shoes were out the box and just in the delivery bag! Not happy”

“Made my order and then got an email to say one item was out of stock at the same time as order being dispatched email was received so couldn't cancel. Had to pay the £5 delivery and will have to pay it again when the out of stock item is back in stock so not happy!”

“You left the metal anti theft tag on my jeans that's meant to be taken off by machine, I managed to get it off with a pair of snips but could have easily damaged my jeans due to That, I also ordered a polo top which never arrived, if it's in stock when I order It I should receive it, not someone else”
