“Had an issue with the delivery driver from Hermes with one of my parcels from USC..... But USC were absolutely brilliant I called them a number of times and was dealt with professionally at all times, all staff were helpful friendly and knew more and told me more than Hermes were telling me, superb customer service team thank you”

“The items I ordered are nice items they are not the issue,the issue I have is with your collection store at parkgate in Rotherham,I called in as I’d not recieved a message to say my goods had arrived & was getting concerned as my son who ordered after me had got his 2 days prior,the staff in the store said the delivary had arrived but they didn’t have time to unload it yet,no concern that this was my husbands birthday present,then I got home & they sent a txt to say it had arrived so I had to go all the way back again,not very good customer service in this store at all.”

“Good site and products but very expensive delivery and return service. If you are not 100% sure about your size don't bother to order anything. Cost me £20 only for delivery and return. Won't use the site again.”

“My 2 t-shirts arrived on time but I was disappointed to find one of them was all screwed up and dirty so it needed a wash and an iron.I have since ordered another couple of similar t-shirts so hope they arrive in a better condition.”

“So far, I am most in impressed by USC. Ordered 12th Nov paying £4.99 for standard delivery expecting item to arrive by Saturday 17th. Apparently item was collected by courier on Thursday 15th but now it seems to have vanished into thin air. No way to contact customer services (other than by email that they don’t respond to), and no way to contact Courier and to be quite honest, I don’t have time to be phoning back and forward so each can blame one another. Come on USC, get your customer service up to scratch before you lose all your customers.”

“I cant review my purchase because iam still waiting for it to be delivered. I am not happy at all, Hermes tried one attempt at delivering , they havent tried again & i cant locate my parcel hermes have been completely unhelpful& so have usc i dont know where my parcel is and it was a birthday gift. Iam really not happy and you actually have to pay for this awful delivery service”
