“When arrived the top had a funky smell not like a new smell like smoke smell. Also your delivery charges are a joke!! £8 for next day you should do that £10-£20 for a full year free delivery like most places”

“Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, same style, same size. One fitted perfectly and one was too tight in the leg. Great price and very fast delivery. Never had to return anything before so i will see how it goes.I cannot reorder a replacement as now I am unsure of the fit. Shame.”

“I have ordered a jumper and it came with stains on I have messaged customer services and they havnt really done anything about it they said send it back but then I’ll have pay for sending it back and it was supposed to be for a birthday present and now it’s late I’m not very happy with the service at all I allways order of line and I have never had anything like this”
