“USA PRO LOLITE SLIP LD82 BLACK/ZEBRA shoes come in wrong size we did order size 4 it has sticker size 4 but it's seem to be size 3 i have spoke to customer service they give me rude answer even it's not my fault i have to pay return postage , i have been purchasing clothes and shoes since morethen 5 year never had problem but this was my last purchase i would never buy anything from USC again”

“I placed an order with 3 items. The main item and the reason for the purchase although available at the time of purchase was subsequently removed from the shopping list. I complained immediately asking for the order to be canceled without success. So I had to pay postage of items that I just ordered to take advantage of the order, and I was deprived, without resolution or solution advanced by the site of the main item and reason of the order.”

“Terrible. I visited one of your stores and got an item I then returned it and the store gave me £28 vouvher to spend online or in shop. I visited online and brought some items didnt realise delivery was £4.99 also. During purchase it never said that any items were out of stock so after I done check out and paid everyrhing I then got email saying your items are out of stock. What the hell? Why did it take my money then. It then gave me a credit note of £6 which taking delivery off leaves me £1. Ridiculous . Items I received I did not like. Returns you require money to be paid. Really unsatisfied with my whole experience”

“Ordering online is easy however delivery to stores is long. I ordered over a week ago, money out of my account that day but now having to chase up my order and still hasn’t been delivered into store. If this was not an online order only product I wouldn’t have had this service, puts me off ordering online in the future”

“Customer service was very very poor First time ordering and won't use again Ordered a pair of shoes a few weeks ago only just delivered. My hermes deliver and have lied and in turn given USC a bad name. 1st delivery attempt was out at work - what does USC expect during the week ! 2nd delivery attempt - day off waited in all day and received an email to say had attempted to deliver at 2.30pm really!!!! 3rd attempt at work- again during the week Rand to speak to customer services and the woman clearly was not bothered she refunded delivery and said she would leave a note for them to leave it with a neighbour but it is at their discretion!!!! Finally on the 5th attempt the item was received but never have I know 2 companies who clearly are not bothered and bare faced lie to their customers !!!!”
