“Ordered my items on the 9th March received tracking details with Hermes and since then nothing. Sent them 12 emails not one has been replied to.Still no refund or items or update with tracking disgusting and disgraceful.”

“Usually love shopping here even though delivery is so expensive but my most current order that arrived last week was missing one item that I had already paid for. I’ve contacted them but no answer. No customer service offered. I would suggest you go somewhere else unless you want to pay for items that will never arrive”

“The only clothing brand that I really trust offers great clothes at fantastic prices. The website is extremely easy to follow and the delivery service is fantastic. I would just like to praise the delivery service aswell gentlemen was really friendly. Will definitely be using again. “Very very disappointed you delivered the top to my Airwall tracksuit with the alarm still on the hood it left me feeling very very disappointed as it upset me as I had bought the tracksuit for a very special occasion.”

“My past 2 orders have had out of stock lines, these were part of 2 for deals and with an offer code. If I order the product again I have to pay another delivery charge and don’t get the 2 for deal. Sort out your stock so we know if a product isn’t available when we order and not afterwards with no option to order a substitute.”
