“Terrible customer service”

“The app isn’t great for scrolling back and forwards between pages and it often resets to the start of your search if you click on a product then click back. Once an order was placed I was unable to review it (it came up with an http error), and the delivery was terrible - received notifications that it had been delivered when it hadn’t.”

“Quick delivery, but I ordered a red T Shirt and was sent a navy one. I returned it, and again received a navy one. I am waiting to hear from USC.”

“Delivery was prompt. Product was really lovely but sadly too small. I was just a bit confused that on the returns label, it needed me to fill in the Returns number........ I couldn't work out what a returns number was. Is it the original order number? I also couldn't find the answer anywhere in the FAQs section.”

“2 items looked as if they were returns one smelled of detergent, and another had the security tag still on it, won't be returning to this site.”

“Hadn't bought anything off this site in years, now I remember why. 2 items looked as they were returns and another still has the security tag on it, one item was washed you can smell the detergent. Never again.”

“Recently bought 2 x Jack Jones T-shirts on a 2 for £18 offer. Offer was not applied when checking out so paid nearly £30. And £50 trainers I ordered had the same product code as a box of £100 mens briefs, which I recieved instead. Nightmare nowadays!”

“1 of the Lacoste T-shirt’s is a different colour to the picture on the website and another 1 of the lacoste T-shirt’s I recurved still has the security tag on. Obviously as there are no stores open at this time I cannot get the tag removed. Not very happy about this.”

“I’m still awaiting for my shoes! I purchased on 05/04 and today is 12/04 still nothing. I understand that these are difficult times but do not let make any purchases if cannot deliver! The courier called Hermes is completely rubbish! No communication at all. I am really not happy! Beatrix”
