“I was happy with the items I received but unhappy as one of the pair of Jeans I ordered was temporarily out of stock which I was notified about a day or two after I placed the order. This now means if I want this item I will have to pay a second lot of postage when it comes back in stock. It would have been better to tell me at the point of ordering that the item was out of stock which could have given me the opportunity to choose something else instead or you could of held the order until the other item was back in stock. Not good customer services. Not sure if I will use again as I am on a limited budget & although the items are very reasonable priced it does not added up to so much of a saving if you have to pay twice for postage.”

“Normally very happy with my orders. All the white t-shirts i ordered arrived dirty with black marks all over them I sent an email to customer services with photo evidence to no reply order 77656122 Email sent to: cs@usc.co.uk”

“After returning a faulty product, I not only lost the delivery charge but also the cost of fuel and parking to return the item to store.. So now I have no jacket as unable to order and I paid for delivery charge on a faulty item along with fuel and parking so I would say am about £12 out of pocket”

“Item arrived - it was dirty and dusty, as if it had been in a warehouse without any packaging to protect it. In addition, the item was faulty in two places. I have to now lose the initial £5 delivery charge AND pay an additional delivery charge to send the faulty item back. I do not believe this is fair or acceptable.”

“Sir/Madam As you are aware from my phone call, if the system has been updated, I paid for next day delivery and this never occurred, very dissatisfied as I was going on my honeymoon on the fifth and the clothes I ordered on the 3rd at 00:30ish never arrived. As I have been away I have had my father in law stay at my property to look after my children in my absence and neither a delivery or mother asked delivery card has been made, please let me know why this has happened and what action I am to take on my return? Do I keep waiting for items I have paid for that might never show or do you issue me a full refund including the next day delivery? Regards Ayla”

“Awful worst service ever received. Paid 7.99 for next day delivery. They tried to blame courier company. USC had parcel for 4 days before sending. The free delivery service would of been quicker!! Absolute joke!! The item was 19.99 I paid nearly half the price again for nothing do not use. Use a company like ASOS they are first class!!”

“Product was fine. Shame it arrived later than for the event I wanted it for. Paid for next day delivery, arrived 2 days later. Brought issue u with customer service when it didnt arrive on the correct day. They've essentially ignored my case. Poor. Would have easier to drive to a store and get the product.”

“Upon ordering the item, i was kept well informed about the whereabouts of my order. However, to my disappointment, upon receipt of the item i noticed both items were FILTHY. It's as if they'd been dropped on a dirty warehouse floor, and then sent to me with complete disregard! I've since tried to contact USC and had no contact as of yet. Very disappointed.”

“Delivery was £5, in the time it took for the order to arrive, I placed 2 orders at another online retailer, the first one, a day after I placed the order at USC and the other 3 days later and both orders arrived before the one from USC. Not to mention that delivery and returns were free for both of them. Both leggings are a bit shorter than I would have liked. Very poor description on the website.”
