“I ordered and have not received my package yet but I got an email saying it has been delivered. I have then emailed enquiring about this situation but no one has got back to me. Not happy at all!”

“Always use USC and never had any problems. Disappointed this Christmas as received a faulty designer garment which was visible immediately and could have been avoided if staff had been more vigilant with the items they are sending out.”

“The first order I made was cancelled after 2 days via email as the collection point was no longer in use. It would have been nice to have been offered another collection point before completely cancelling my order just before Christmas. It is USC’s responsibility to update your website and provide correct information on your websites so that these things don’t happen, disappointed.”

“Goods received and happy with the product, however i am disappointed the purchase price on the box states the item is priced at £25, despite me paying £36. It was my intention of buying another of the same item but in a different colour, however i may reconsider this if i am going to be charged £36.”
