“Once again delivery is shocking ... although USC were offering free delivery I chose to go with guaranteed next day delivery at £7.99 ..ordered on 25th and expected it to be delivered on 27th (and being guaranteed next day, usually means before 1pm) I stayed in ALL DAY... didn’t move .. so not impressed in the slightest .!!! Package came today 28th at 12:30 ... which should have been correct .. so I recon you owe me £7.99 ... as I could have chosen the free option ..or am I misunderstanding the option of top service of next day delivery !!!”

“The box for 3 items I ordered was damaged. I had to remove the trainers from a box as it looked terrible. The rest of items were ok.”

“Sizes not clear, children’s shoes while browsing in men’s online resulting in a child’s size 10 not a men’s size 10. Stores now offer free delivery for click and collect but both the long click and collect cost or to have a quicker delivery were both quite excessive.”

“Absolutely appalling service. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery and received my order some 4 days later, when I queried this I got told they’d reimburse me just £2 of that which is an absolute insult! Definitely will not ever be shopping here again.”

“Delivery very slow, took 10 days to receive my order. Even factoring in Christmas break this is very long. Also, I don't think a company should charge a customer £5 for 5 day delivery after they have spent over £200 on their site. No next day delivery was offered to my location ( Northern Ireland) which I could have slightly justified the additional £2 for. They also sent to me via Ireland which unnecessarily increased delivery time further. As for the order itself a pair of the boots received has a boot that appears to have been worn as the leather on the tongue is wrinkled.”

“I loved shopping at USC. Very prompt delivery. However, I didn’t like the state that the items arrived... the boxes were damaged and they were supposed to be Christmas presents. That isn’t presentable at all.”

“I was sent the incorrect item so a checking system needs to be put in place at the warehouse. Online customer services has a 3-5 day response time which is not good enough. I managed to get hold of a direct phone number and the customer services representative resolved the issue quickly. It's much better to talk to someone rather than an email.”
