“I have only ever placed 4 orders with USC and every single time USC have messed up. The 1st order, USC sent me my Fred Perry t-shirt with the tag still on it. The 2nd order USC sent me the wrong Lacoste trainers for my daughters birthday, they were a completely different colour! The 3rd and 4th orders I paid for next day delivery but I didn't receive my orders on the next day. I thought I'd give USC the benefit of the doubt by placing my 2nd, 3rd and 4th orders, but USC still keep messing up. I'd be an absolute idiot to place an order with USC again!”

“I placed an order paying £6.99 for next day delivery on Thursday 20th December And it didn’t get delivered until Saturday 22 December I also paid £37.99 for 2 t.shirts and when they arrived the had a price tag of £28 on them, yet I had been charged £37.99 I had also e.mailed your customer services and I have still heard nothing back”

“I ordered my jacket one week before christmas and i still do not have it. I have been in shop to chase it up and see where it is as this was a gift for my son for his xmas. I payed to get it delivered to shop as i would be out at work. I think its terrible yous are sending me a e mail asking for a review and ive not received my order yet. Quite terrible. I got told by the shop when they rang up to see where my order was that it would be there by today but still nothing. Please tell me where is my order”

“Terrible experience! I made two separate purchases,one was Xmas gifts for my son. The courier was unable to deliver as my address was correct up to the postcode and you have given my postcode from 6 years ago in Perth when the rest of address is Kirkcaldy where I have lived for 6 years! I’ve contacted yourselves to rectify this and receive what I’ve bought but heard nothing and no delivery yet!”

“Paid for express delivery £7 didn’t arrive for 72 hours and between yourselves or dpd the packaging the shoes came on was totally destroyed to the point where I had to tape the box back together to wrap it for Xmas I would of sent them back but they were meant to be a gift to open of Xmas.”

“Placed two separate orders on the 17th December both due to arrive before Christmas and neither have turned up (now 27th Dec). Tracking information hasn't been updated by the courier and USC haven't responded to my emails trying to find out where my items are.”
