“The item was delivered well before the predicted date of delivery. The packaging was adequate but the trainers look a bit cheap and not as I believed they would be but this could be how they are manufactured.”

“Awful. I ordered Calvin klien underwear from here. They came with the security tag still attached so I am imable to wear them, the box was broken and I’m sure they are not real. I am really really disappointed with this as they were for my boyfriend’s birthday. Will never order from here again.”

“The delivery of my item was late, I wasn’t kept up to date with the progress of my item, I had to email to see if it was actually going to turn up, as you can’t track the item to see if it has been dispatched or out for delivery. Also I think having to pay £3.99 for delivery is unacceptable, especially when I was having the item delivered to one of their own stores!!”

“No jeans in stock despite showing on website (the main reason I ordered). One product (gloves) arrived damaged but the lack of free returns makes it not worthwhile to try and return them. Last time I use USC. Always something wrong.”
