“Awful awful service. Which resulted in two very disappointed family members on Christmas morning. I placed two separate orders on this website and both products received were not acceptable. With the first order, I ordered a bobble hat. The hat comes in three colours and the recipient had specifically chosen the black bobble hat. When I opened the parcel to wrap up the present i had been sent the red one but by this point it was too late to order the right one in time. When rechecking the website it turned out that they had the images for the red and black bobble hats mixed up. So the picture was with the wrong information. With the second order I ordered a white and olive LA dodgers cap. Again when I opened the parcel to wrap it up the product was in an awful state. The peak of the hat had been squashed out of shape and there were black smudges on the front of the cap so it is unwearable. Considering these items weren’t cheap (value of £50) and I had paid £5.99 for each parcel to be delivered in time for Christmas, I think this is absolutely disgusting and I will not be using USC again. I will also be reaching out to customer service directly to discuss the refund/exchange and compensation before progressing this further.”

“Ordered 3 items and 1 was cancelled as stating not in stock even tho it allowed me to order it (staring it was in stock) It did not allow me to cancel my order, merely told me they had removed the out of stock item - I actually would have cancelled the entire order as was not cost effective with the 5.99 postage as the item they removed was the most expensive on my order. I could have just gone to store for the remaining 2 items and saved on my postage!”

“Didn’t receive my parcel on time even tho I paid for next day delivery as was a Xmas present! Got it 6 days late so my son’s Xmas ruined!! No apology n no refund for my delivery which I paid £6.99 for would not recommend or use again!!!”

“Although it was a sale item, I was not expecting to receive the item in a battered box. The item was squashed and out of shape. If I had know the product was classed as seconds I would not have ordered it. Hard to disquise this when it’s a Christmas present.”

“I ordered adidas trainers from usc and when it arrived the box was coverd in reduced stickers from sports direct! And the soles of the trainers were marked as if they ad been woren. They were a Christmas gift so was very I'm happy”

“Absolutely shocking service. T-shirt arrived with a different price tag on to what I had paid. I rang to query this and all I got was attitude from the customer service representative. I’m pretty sure you have to honor the price on the tag. Tag price £25 what I paid was £34.99”

“Very disappointed that I paid a £5 delivery charge and when I returned one of the items to the store they wouldn’t give me a refund. I now have to pay to return the item. This has put me off and I will never purchase from USC online again.”
