“I’m not satissfied at all. I bought white sneackers that got stains, and don’t know if they can be remowed. Also one item was cancelled. Very dissapointed.”

“Recieved items within a few days, and good communication about dispatch etc. However one of the items(a white tshirt) arrived with massive black stains all over it. It looks as if someone has stood on it with muddy boots on. The customer service team were nice enough when I sent a photo and asked what to do, but I disagree with having to pay postage to return a faulty item. I've been asked to post the item back and wait 14 days - not great considering it's a faulty item. Probably wont use USC online again due to this waste of time.”

“Took nearly 10 days to deliver goods Even though I paid for next day delivery, no contact from your so called customer service team When I finically received the goods all I got was a refund for delivery no good will voucher or anything like that Will never use again and have told lots of people what service you offer”

“I received my order with an item missing. I contacted USC and was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I was also told someone will get back to me between 4-24hrs that was 5 days ago & still no one has contacted me, sent my item or refund. Every attempt to get this issue sorted since then has been ignored and I am unable to send messages via the message link online. It’s been 10days since I paid for my item & still don’t have it.”
