“Paying £4.99 for delivery, you'd expect to at least have next day delivery, or the day after. Having to wait 5 days however, isn't ideal. I was also disappointed that the price was the same whether you had it delivered or picked up from a retailer, and USC itself. Won't be ordering again :)”

“I placed an order which I realised I ordered the wrong size pretty much immediately, I completed the ‘cancel order’ request within 2 minutes but the item was still dispatched as no one obviously checked the status before processing. I now have to pay to have the item returned!”

“The products themselves were good quality but the way they were packaged and sent to me was disgraceful, a perfume I ordered the box was torn open and had been used, all of the packaging was torn on all products and in a bad condition. Good value for money just not delivered in suitable condition as some were Christmas presents now needing to be repackaged.”

“Customer services is terrible. Your lucky to get a reply within 5 days, if at all. I'm still waiting on a reply from over a week ago. It's the same with Sports Direct and House of Fraser. Probably the same staff!. On the positive side though the clothes are generally of a good price, shame though that I have had a few experiences where they show as in stock until your order then you get a cancellation email?”

“Customer care for the USC is not very good at all. I sent a enquiry on Friday last week and it has taken till today (next Wednesday) to get a poor response from them. Waist of time waiting 5 day for a response”

“My order was cancelled as you had told me that the goods were out of stock. I therefore ordered goods elsewhere and then you sent me an email saying my order had been processed and the goods were in stock. I emailed asking you to cancel the order but this was ignored. Very bad customer service. Wouldn't shop at USC again”
