“Received the right item, but on opening, had a sale tag attached to the original label for considerably less than I paid. On querying this, was given the ‘we are under no legal obligation’ explanation. Fair enough, but don’t expect a glowing recommendation. Poor show USC!”

“I was really disappointed that even the click and collect option was an extra £5. This slightly ruined what a good bargain the shoes were and meant it was no benefit over getting a delivery direct to my address (which I did).”

“Ordered my son some Levis Jeans, came to store no problems, until I opened them to find really bad dye dashes all over them front and back. Will have to take them back to store but still paid for delivery charge only to have to go to store anyway. Aahhhh!”
