“Was not happy with the fact everything came much much bigger although I ordered the right sizes as I have bought items from here before and I'm sure the labels are wrong everything needs to be returned”

“already payed delivery charges twice for same item, the trouser that was delivered has a hole at middle, waited more than 7 days for delivery which arrived on the 3rd december with defect , now i am expected to pay another delivery charges for return,. this is the last time i will ever shop at USC, and will not recommend any one the money i will spend for delivery 3times is equivalent to buying another trouser, so disapointed.”

“Orders over 100 pounds to receive a voucher for 20 pounds then half of my order gets. Cancelled so I don’t qualify for the voucher also had to pay delivery charge for 2 items false advertising not my fault the items were not in stock because when I placed my order they were and you took full payment as well at the time then said you would refund the 2 items at a later date Black Friday ripoff never ordered again false advertisement”

“Good morning, in general lines I'm happy, but one of the products has been wrong. I ordered the model g-star revend super slim dark aged that was the one that came in the photo and when I returned the request the reference was from another different model. Send an e-mail warning of the error in the product code and even then you sent it to me wrong. I will not return it because it costs more shipping costs than the return you are going to make. I would like to receive some compensation in the next purchase if possible. Greetings and thank you”

“Delivery company DPD emailed on day of delivery... We're not allowed to deliver this parcel to a different address so it will be returned to USC Unfortunately for me no item as ordered and no sale for USC 1 week later had to go to a different company shop to buy”

“Had items missing and was later told it was because they were out of stock!! Would have thought the would have emailed me to tell me as I would have ordered an alternative. When I did email them I got 1 response to 3 emails that I sent. Terrible customer service. Won’t be buying from them again.”
