“Ordering was easy - I had a voucher that was easy to use online. Great that I got get it delivered to my local Sports Direct store for collection and voucher. However, there were some errors in collection process so I didn't get my email saying it was ready to collect and had to just go in and see if it was there before they realised the error. Luckily it was as its a 32 mile round trip!”

“I just recieved my order . Neat and orgenized . Im very satisfied with the speed the goods arrived . I also had a veeery good experience with dhl company . But, I ordered a puma pants with a 12 (m) size but this size fits a xl lady !!! Not a m !! This the only dissapoibted thing but overall it was good . Thank you :)”

“I have emailed 3 times regarding a exchange item of clothing and have tried to contact customer services but no contact number is available. I have had no response to any of the emails I have sent and I am left waiting to hear if and when I can expect to receive the exchanged item. Very poor customer service”
