“Terrible! Tried to cancel my order within 12 hours as my wife had already purchased clothes to be told via email that the order is being processed, even though I didn’t receive processed email till the next day after the response. Will think twice before ordering clothes if USC again.”

“Great value item. Delivery quicker than expected. Just disappointed with the cost of delivery (this applies to all mike Ashley owned companies) the fact you have no free delivery options at all must put off lot’s of customers from buying, and certainly made me think twice”

“Quality of clothes are good. My son loved everything. The only thing unfortunately that lets them down is the delivery. I paid for next day delivery but only received 1 item. There was no communication from them to inform me that the delivery would be split. The other items arrived 2 days after I ordered them, which defeated the reason I did next day delivery. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with delivery. However the customer service via email was good and as I said before the clothes are good quality.”

“Service okay and quick, but I reccomend USC stop using My Hermes as their service is poor. £4.99 delivery is quite high and I would expect in-store delivery to be free but in-store delivery is charged at £4.99 also.”
