“Even though prices are reasonable end up paying for postage and returns. Will consider twice before shopping in USC as I need to return 1 item out of 4 which didn’t fit properly and I will ha luv e to pay for the return, which I wasn’t expecting. Other online shopping retail stores have free delivery. Consider I am paying for delivery returns should be at least free.”

“Low score as one of the items sent was soaking wet. Whoever packed this must have seen the problem as there was water in the sealed bag, label was all wet too. It has now cost me money to return the item to them.”

“Customer service appaling after being delivered one shoe rather than a pair. No phone help. Was asked to send back the one shoe before they would send my original order. Then being told they were out of stock but i reordered 2 minutes later( would never order again but had no choice as needed those shoes for someone else) shocking service.”
