“Unhappy on items out of stock but still charge at full order before giving refund. If I knew other items run out stock I wouldn’t make order at first place. It made me think it’s like a scam, making people paid but no product to sell.”

“3 items ordered. Sent out at two different times with no notice. Second package upon opening had a really strong smell. Smelled like Cannabis! USC denied this and refused to investigate. Awful service, awful company.”

“Still charging a delivery fee when lots of other similar companys offer a free delivery dervice or free for over a certain spent. This makes u look for the same product elsewhere which can be delivered free.”

“I ordered a t shirt and 3 pairs of shorts, took over 2 weeks to arrive in store, when I did get an email I went in and took ages to get my items as it came in 2 separate parcels and the staff couldn’t find them both”

“You need 2 make extra large sizes as your large sizes are not really large x i spend a good amount of money in ur shops n if you was 2 have Extra larger sizes i would spend even more money x”

“Picked up 3 polo tops two where fine the third had black marks all over tried calling customer service but the line isn’t working at the moment so I’m stuck with this top I called usc local shop but they said nothing to do with them absolutely terrible won’t be shopping here again 😡😡”
