“We have been using USC for a few years and have always been happy with the service, we moved to New Zealand from the UK just over a year ago and recently placed an order which arrived very quickly so wherever we are we will keep shopping with you guys, the quality is always superb thankyou.”

“Great delivery quick and speedy, but I’d expect that you have to pay a minimum of £5. Had to send items back and the exchange came back really quick and always got refunded within a few days so that was great.”

“The parcel came earlier then expected clothes material really comfortable and nice fell on body. Did a refund earlier this week and already have the money back into my account but I had to pay for sending order back please put free send back paper will be really good. But all In all really quick and on point company.”

“I am Happy with USC and the quality of the products sold. Was not happy paying £6.95 for next day delivery for Hermes to take 3 days to deliver. I would have received it in the same time if I had have kept to standard delivery.”

“I had to chase my order, which I can understand if you have a problem with warehouse stock but then to have to chase the higher rate delivery charge refund is poor. I know my order is trivial to you but it leaves a bad impression of your company.”
