“Good product at reasonable price, but the cost of delivery - even to collect in store at my own travelling expense is very poor in 2019. I am charged £4.99 to collect in store...then get a £5 voucher...to spend in store...after I've purchased what I wanted. This I find frustrating and I will be hesitant to shop here again.”
