“Very happy with my purchases however standard delivery took a very long time. Also no free delivery offered for orders over a certain value like other places do. If you offered that in the future and improved waiting time would encourage me to shop on your site more.”

“Items were as expected although took a long time to deliver and the delivery costs are higher than any other online clothes store I buy from. Click and collect in store costs are a ridiculous price when more companies provide that for free if a minimum order is placed. For example, New Look has a minimum order of £20 for free click and collect from stores, small enough to encourage a purchase. I have been out of many times from ordering here because of the costs and slow delivery times”

“Quite disappointed with the returns process. The cost of the standard delivery alone shocked me but then to learn I'd have to pay to return the item as well wasn't great. The item unfortunately was too large for me but I couldn't justify returning it so will just sit in my wardrobe. The delivery itself was pretty swift but I didn't even receive an invoice with my item. Won't be using USC again.”

“Great products, but some big question marks around the whole service. Started with no delivery dates for my order, then when I emailed I got no response. When the items turned up I had ordered something to big, to be told I can't have a refund in store. I have to send it back to online, which I then have to pay for the delivery. Working in retail myself I found it all a bit of a let down. 3/5 stars is only because the staff in the store are nice and polite, and have to follow the strange processes put in place.”
