“I only ever visit USC to buy Converese as you have a good stock of them. Unfortunately on a visit just before christams I bought a pair that I had to return immediately as when I was changing the laces one of the eyelets fell out. These things happen and I can't say I was hugely impressed but not every pair is going to be 100%, I just happen to find a pair at 95%. I'm more annoyed at the fact that USC doesn't stock more than 1 pair of any given shoe at a time or so I was told. So my replacement for that evening did not happen. Upon returning 3 consecutive weekends running the store's delivery still had not come in and I was forced to order them online and wait another week for the order to be processed. Ridiculous as it is for me to complain about saving money (the same shoes online even with delivery to your own store added still came to less than the shoes were in-store.) I am now left with £7 on a credit note for a store aimed at the 15-30 age range. I am well beyond this age range.”

“Wrong item delivered. Contacted customer service and it has been very poor. Was told I need to return the item before they would issue a refund or send the correct product. Below is the product ordered and the product sent out”

“Parcel never arrived. Took 5 weeks to process a refund after many emails. Called the customer service department to be told 'don't call customer services we only take emails!' I'll never use USC again, terrible terrible service.”

“Excellent service, even when the boots I bought for my son didn't fit. The manager at Fox Valley was extremely helpful, contacting several other stores on my behalf. When I had to re-order online the process was efficient. Very pleased with my whole experience!”

“Am really pleased with the delivery. It was timely and efficient. However, my request for Slazenger shoe kit was turned down. This makes me sad. I bought only one pack at ur Luton mall store. Diring my last holiday to UK November 2018 and its almost finished. I likes it a lot. Is their any you can help.?”
