“Wrong item delivered. Contacted customer service and it has been very poor. Was told I need to return the item before they would issue a refund or send the correct product. Below is the product ordered and the product sent out”

“Parcel never arrived. Took 5 weeks to process a refund after many emails. Called the customer service department to be told 'don't call customer services we only take emails!' I'll never use USC again, terrible terrible service.”

“Excellent service, even when the boots I bought for my son didn't fit. The manager at Fox Valley was extremely helpful, contacting several other stores on my behalf. When I had to re-order online the process was efficient. Very pleased with my whole experience!”

“Am really pleased with the delivery. It was timely and efficient. However, my request for Slazenger shoe kit was turned down. This makes me sad. I bought only one pack at ur Luton mall store. Diring my last holiday to UK November 2018 and its almost finished. I likes it a lot. Is their any you can help.?”
