“I ordered 2 items and 5 days later I received several emails to cancel and then re order 1 item. I was not consulted. I have therefore only received 1 item and paid a full delivery charge for 1 item causing me to have to repay that 5£ delivery charge again to purchase another. I will obviously not be purchasing with USC.”

“Ordered a parcel, all items in the package were literally just thrown in, no protective packaging round them, I've seen better folded clothes in a wash basket!! Wouldn't order online again!”

“I shopped with you online because the Leicester shop had swapped the shoes place for a cheaper shoe....when I went to the till they wanted to charge me £60 rather than £28: the hole that the shoe was last in, so it had led me to believe that it was £28 I went online (frustrated) and spent over £200 online to get some new shoes; I was never going to have all of them. I received the shoes and chose a pair that fit me snuggly. It was only at that point when I was wanting to return the other shoes that I found out that I had to pay for them being returned to USC / Sports Direct Head Office. I tried to return them to a local Sports Direct shop and they refused doing it. I said to them what about if I return them myself to USC in Leicester and they told me I couldn’t. I have used a lot of online shopping (ie John Lewis, Curry’s, etc) and they are all FREE returns, so why are you different?? It cost me with insurance (to insure me against the postage company losing it) nearly £14 It’s the last time I ever go to Sports Direct / USC if you don’t return me the postage cost”

“I bouht shoes basing on the size info on the website. I've received smaller shoes. I'm wiriting store since last spring, and received so many ridiculous answers. Finally they wrote me that I can return shoes to get my money back. I did it and now USC writes me that the return was rejected, because it should be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order - WTF? USC workes do not keep their words, cheats, lies & treat customers like a fools. AVOID THIS STORE!!!”

“Items and price of items are always amazing. Delivery for click and collect time needs improving. How you can offer next day home delivery and not next day click and collect is beyond me. 2 weeks waiting for items to be delivered to store is a joke.”

“Great prices and stock and I would’ve given a higher rating but I find it really annoying that it is one of the only websites I know that don’t offer a free delivery and returns policy. So mostly I don’t bother to purchase from usc as much as I would.”

“Hi there I am a regular shopper at USC both in shop and online I have presently 2 orders with you online which I have still not received I go on holiday on Friday morning and was hoping to have my items it has took over a week now so will put me of using your online service again and look elsewhere very disappointed with the service. “I placed an order after receiving an email offering free delivery. The site wouldn't accept the promotional code given, telling me to use it later in the checkout procedure, but didn't give me the opportunity and charged me for postage. When I complained I was told the offer was only for use with the app... POOR I think you've just lost a regular customer!”
