“Prices are good, as is the selection and brands but USC lacks customer service. The fact that you only provide an premium number is extremely poor and this is made worse by the time it takes for customer services to respond to emails. I couldn’t find a link to live chat. USC also takes far too long to refund customers.”

“Horrendous service. Delivery timescales are diabolical. Sent items that were faulty and then I had to PAY DELIVERY to return these as the store won’t take them back if ordered online. Will definitely not order from here again and will advise others of this.”

“After ordering and paying for two items online, I was notified that only one item was available. I did not get the opportunity to amend or add to my order which means I must pay the delivery charge again. I am fed up with this as it is not the first time it happens.”

“There are good items for sale & by varied brands, but shocking that you have to pay 4.99 delivery for anything ordered no matter what the overall cost. Other websites offer free delivery on orders over £50-£75, so why not USC?? Also having to pay delivery to return any unsuitable items at a high cost. My recent order has cost a total of £15.99 in postage costs, which is disgusting & I won’t be ordering any further from USC. I feel ripped off by this service & even if order is click & collect you still have to pay.”

“I was sceptical about ordering online as there were not many positive reviews but my order was delivered in good time to my selected store and was in perfect condition. It would be nice if you could ask to have things ordered into store without having to pay delivery charges as most stores will do this these days as it seems unfair when you visit the store that if they don't have it stock in your size your only option is to pay £5 for the luxury”

“USC has a good selection of brands - the only downside is the stores can be a little chaotic and confusing but this is worth it if you know what works for you. I used the online order / store pickup only to find my usual line of jeans had changed its cut. USC took it back no problem. Again one downside in that postage is still charged even if you just pick it up from your local branch. I’m old enough to remember when you just had to ask your store to order in the stock, but times have changed, I suppose.”
