“There was a delay in the goods being shipped which I had to follow up with customer services. On receiving the goods the website pictures hadn’t shown the goods as they actually were resulting in to price being returned and one of the items not quality checked before dispatch resulting in one shoe being a different colour and high I then had to pay to return and requested an exchange. So thinking I’d got a bargain in the sales increased to n price due to having to pay for the return postage. So on the whole not very happy with my experience.”

“Shambolic. Website told me payment hadn’t gone through when it had actually gone through twice meaning I ordered 2 of the same item. Requested an order cancellation literally minutes after ordering and was told 3 days later it was too late to cancel. Possibly the worst shopping experience ever in my life.”

“Tommy Hilfiger hoodie was fine, Converse jogging bottoms were huge and so I attempted to take them back to your Meadowhall store to be met by the most rude and ignorant member of staff who refused to refund. A simple ‘sorry but they need to be sent back through the post’ was all that was required. Disgusting customer service hence I won’t shop at usc again!!”

“Ordered boxing day...for next day delivery. Order didn't process for over a week after repeated emails to customer services. Then all of a sudden order processed without any explanation. Packaging was poor. One product had electronic tags attached. Cost me a fortune to return goods. They should offer free returns especially for repeat customers. Won't be using them again.”

“I purchased a pair of G H Bass Moc toe boots. When they arrived I opened the box to find that I had obviously been sent a faulty customer return. The soles were filthy where they had been worn and the stitch had come apart around the toe area. Rubbis that these faulty returns had ended up back in with the new stock! Very disappointed”
