“Ordered a birthday present with next day delivery, and they sent the WRONG item. Then they took 3 days to get back to me once I'd filled in a form to sort it out and by that point the birthday had passed. Once they did get back to me, they said I've now got to return the wrong item, though they said they would pay for the return delivery. Not only have I wasted £7 on next day delivery, I received no compensation. I wont be keen on ordering from here again...”

“Have not received my order and received an email to say it was cancelled and I didn't cancel the item. Despite several email s sent I have still to receive a reply. Terrible”

“Very slow with order process by the time my order was processed three of my items were out of stock I understand this does happen but it took 8days to process and notify me”

“Rubbish. Don't understand why you advertise clothing for sale, charge customers for the purchased item(s) which may I add is giving false hope, then send an email a week or so later confirming the item(s) are no longer available. No mention in the email of a refund either. This isn't the first time this has happened.”

“Of the 4 items I bought I had to return 2 of them due to the fact that one of the items states online that it’s XXL but on pickup once opening item it states XXL slim-fit which is not what is advertised. The other item appears of good material online which it wasn’t when picked up as well, which is quite disappointing for sports direct/USC when you believe they are a trustworthy and reliable retailer.”
